Dieting is very important in everyone's life in their busy life... in today's modern world people are engaged in many things and they are not concentrating on their health, most of them. Often skipping food, having fast food items and improper balance of food items. This spoils health the digestion system and prone to many diseases. Especially the person whoz working in software companies, BPO call-centers they are not at all worrying about taking food on time. Have to avoid taking fast food items most of the time and need to drink lot of water and fresh fruit juice instead of taking carbonated beverage. What I feel is everyone may try to follow the dieting and taking food on time, drinking lot of water and having at least one fruit daily. Am trying to follow this :)
